What data we process

Registered professionals: name, organisation (optional), email and encrypted password, to manage their account, their webinars and their plan.

Webinar attendees: name and email, join and leave times and time connected. They are used to give access to the webinar and so the organiser knows who attended.

Audio and video are streamed live. The organiser may record a webinar or meeting if their plan allows it; while it is being recorded, everyone in the room sees a notice on screen.

Who sees your data

Attendance data is only seen by the professional who organises the webinar you joined. The platform runs on IONOS servers; see how we protect it on the security page.

How long we keep it

Attendance data is deleted automatically after the configured retention period. Account data is kept while the account is active.

Your rights

You can request access to, rectification or erasure of your data by writing to the service provider. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
